The Guaranty Trust electronic Notification Service (GeNS) is a notification system which provides instant details of transactions on your account(s).
This service is designed to generate and send out notification prompts to customers via electronic mail* and SMS**, whenever there is a transaction on their account(s). GeNS ensures customers have real time knowledge of transactions on their accounts.
* Electronic mail notifications are charged under E-Services Fees
**Fee of D1.00 applies to SMS notifications.
